Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the PreOrder360 website and our sourcing, importation, and delivery services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
PreOrder360 is a Nigerian procurement and importation service operating from Block 1, No. 36 Oladipupo Oduwole Street, Ojodu Berger, Lagos. We source products on behalf of clients from suppliers in China, India, the UAE, and other manufacturing regions, and manage shipping, customs clearance, and delivery within Nigeria.
2. Enquiries & Quotes
- Submitting a form or enquiry creates no obligation on either side and does not constitute an order.
- We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours with an itemised quote.
- Quotes cover product cost, freight, estimated customs duty, our service fee, and delivery to your stated location.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Supplier pricing, freight rates, and exchange rates move, and a lapsed quote may need to be reissued.
3. Orders & Payment
- An order is activated when you confirm the quote and pay the agreed deposit, typically 30-50% of the order total.
- All payments are made in Nigerian Naira. PreOrder360 handles foreign exchange and supplier remittance.
- The balance is payable according to the milestone schedule set out in your quote, and in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Pre-order discounts apply only where the order is confirmed and the deposit paid within the stated booking window.
- Goods remain the property of PreOrder360 until payment has been received in full.
4. Product Specifications
You are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications you provide. We source against the specification confirmed in your quote.
- Where you approve a sample or specification sheet, that becomes the agreed standard for the order.
- Minor variance in colour, finish, or packaging can occur in manufacturing and is not treated as a defect.
- Changes requested after production begins may incur additional cost and delay, and may not be possible.
5. Quality Inspection
We inspect goods before shipment and send you an inspection report with photographs. Issues identified at this stage are raised with the supplier and corrected before shipping wherever possible. Once you approve the inspection report, the goods proceed to shipment.
6. Shipping & Timelines
- Sea freight typically takes 35-65 working days from dispatch. Air freight typically takes 7-14 days.
- All timelines are estimates. Port congestion, customs processing, vessel schedules, weather, and regulatory inspections can extend them.
- We communicate delays as soon as we become aware of them. Estimated timelines do not form a contractual guarantee of a delivery date.
7. Customs, Duties & Regulatory Compliance
- Our licensed agents handle documentation and clearance at Nigerian ports.
- Customs duty estimates in your quote are based on prevailing tariff rates. Where the Nigeria Customs Service assesses a different amount, the actual assessed amount applies and any difference is payable by you.
- You are responsible for ensuring the goods you request are legal to import into Nigeria. We will not source prohibited, counterfeit, or restricted items.
- Where goods require regulatory approval such as SONCAP or NAFDAC registration, this must be discussed and agreed before the order is placed.
8. Delivery
- We deliver to all 36 Nigerian states and the FCT to the address you provide.
- You must provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Costs arising from incorrect details or failed delivery attempts are payable by you.
- You should inspect goods on delivery. Discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel before we place the order with the supplier, and your deposit is refundable less any costs already incurred.
- Once the supplier order is placed or production has begun, deposits are generally non-refundable, as funds have been committed on your behalf.
- Where goods are shipped that materially differ from the agreed specification and this was not identified at inspection, we will work with you on a remedy — replacement, partial refund, or supplier claim, depending on the circumstances.
10. Liability
PreOrder360 manages your order with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising from delays in shipping, customs, or delivery.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including port closures, strikes, regulatory changes, natural events, or supplier insolvency.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. We will always attempt to resolve any dispute directly with you first.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time your order is confirmed is the version that applies to that order.
